Vanilla Loca

- 50ml Limoncello

- 20ml Vodka

- 20ml egg white

- 20ml lemon juice

- 20ml vanilla syrup

Instructions:

Shake dry, shake wet. Strain into a martini or Margarita glass.

Loco Reviver

- 30ml Arancello

- 20ml Gin

- 20ml Lilet Blanc

- 1 bar spoon Absinthe

- Half a lime

Instructions:

Shake and strain into a martini glass

White Sicilian

- 40ml Crema di Limoncello

- 20ml Vodka

- 20ml Tia Maria

Instructions:

Mix the Vodka with Tia Maria in the shaker. Take a glass with ice cubes starting with your Vodka/Tia Maria mixture. Then top off with the Crema di limoncello so that a layer forms.

Loco Negroni

- 30ml Limoncello

- 30ml Lilet Blanc

- 30ml Strega liquor

- 30ml Suze

Instructions:

Pour into a glass with ice and stir until cold.

Arancello Spritz

- 50ml Arancello

- 80ml Prosecco

- 30ml (blood)orange juice

- 20ml sparkling water

Instructions:

Fill the wine glass with ice, add the ingredients and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

Loco Scroppino

- 50ml Crema di limoncello

- 100ml Prosecco

- 20ml Vodka

- 2 scoops of lemon sorbet

Instructions:

Blend to a slush if necessary with crushed ice and serve in a flute.
